Today in class, we looked at different ways we could solve multiplication problems when we did not automatically know the multiplication combination. One problem we looked closely at was 14 x 12. Mr. Jones had purchased 14 dozen bagels, and it was our job to determine how many bagels he had purchased.
We broke up the numbers in so many different ways.
